Business Visa

The former Australian business migration programs, including subclasses 188 and 888, are now closed. However, genuine business owners and entrepreneurs may still have possible pathways to Australia.

In suitable cases, the strategy may be built through employer-sponsored migration: first through subclass 482, and later, where the structure supports it, through subclass 186.

This is legally an employer-sponsored pathway, but in practice it may operate as a business expansion or market-entry strategy where there is a real business, a genuine role and proper commercial evidence.

Please complete the questionnaire below so we can assess whether your business background and proposed Australian structure may support a potential business migration strategy.
